• Chartered trips for shows and events (full service/ driver stays onsite and takes care of horses for the duration of the show).

Drivers
Our drivers are experienced horsemen with extensive over-the-road transportation experience. Each driver is fully trained to comply with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration standards. Rest assured that when you ship a horse with us, it will be treated like it were our own.

Staff
Excellent customer service is the foundation to our business. Our goal is not to earn your business once; our goal is to earn your business for a lifetime. When you call into our office you can expect to receive prompt courteous service by experienced people who can answer all of your horse transportation questions.

Communication
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you have any concerns while your horse is in transit. Our drivers can be reached at all times via cellular phones. During the trip our drivers will call the shipper and or the receiver periodically to give an update on progress and the horse's condition. In the event of an unexpected delay or emergency you will be notified immediately.

Equipment
We currently run a Sooner four horse Warmblood trailer powered by a Ford F350 4x4 dually. The 7'6" interior height and oversized stalls can accommodate any size horse from a Miniature up to large Draft horses. Four oversized slant stalls or two box stalls are available. After each trip the trailer is pressure washed and disinfected.

Animal Care
The most important aspect of transporting your horse is how it is treated during the whole process. Here at EQUESTRIAN EXPRESS your horse will get the full red carpet treatment from the moment we pick up your horse to the time it's delivered. A thick plush layer of bedding is kept on the trailer floor to help minimize road vibration and heat. The stalls are cleaned out twice daily or as needed. For your horse's safety, it is our policy that we do not unload your horse from the trailer unless it is at the destination or an approved overnight layover facility.
